Aspen + Pine

what to expect from a wedding planner

What Makes Aspen + Pine Different

Because you deserve a planner who feels like a perfect match — not just another vendor.

There are a lot of wedding planners out there. How do you choose the right one? My advice? Pick one you connect with. Someone who gets your vision, your humor, and your “we just want it to feel like us” vibe.

At Aspen + Pine, you can expect me to bring structure without the stress, personality without the drama, and the kind of calm energy that helps you actually enjoy your wedding day.

the planning process

01

First, Let’s Meet!

We’ll hop on a call or grab a drink to chat about your vision, priorities, and how I can best support you.

02

Contract + Deposit

Once you’re ready, we’ll make it official with a signed agreement and deposit. Then the fun begins!

03

The vision + vendors

We’ll start curating your dream team and fine-tuning the aesthetic that feels most like you.

04

Planning the details

From timelines to layout to the “what if it rains” plan – this is where my Type A , creative energy thrives.

05

OMG, it’s the big day!

You relax, I coordinate, and everything runs smoothly while you soak in every second.

06

One last surprise

A little surprise from me to you because every love story deserves a thoughtful ending (and a great beginning).

"There was a lot of work to be done, but it was always done with a smile and a sense of, 'Don't worry, we've got this,' which put us all at ease."

sustainable, but make it stunning

An Earth-Friendly Approach

Because beautiful celebrations shouldn’t come at nature’s expense.

At Aspen + Pine, sustainability isn’t a trend – it’s simply how I work. I believe in thoughtful choices that honor the land we’re celebrating on: sourcing locally whenever possible, minimizing waste, and supporting small farms and makers who care as much as I do. From reusable décor to following the Leave No Trace principles (when applicable), my goal is to help you create a day that feels good – for you, your guests, and the planet.

what to expect

Ideally 9–12 months ahead, especially for summer and fall dates. But if you’re planning something more intimate or last-minute, reach out – I love a good challenge.

Absolutely. I’m based in Reno, but I’m always up for a new adventure if it’s the right fit. A travel fee may apply depending on your location. Once I know your venue or property details, I’ll provide an exact amount upfront so there are no surprises later.

Yes! Aspen + Pine carries full business and event liability insurance – many venues require it, and it gives everyone extra peace of mind on your big day.

I require a 30% deposit at booking to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 60 days before your wedding. Easy, transparent, and one less thing to stress about later.

I offer coordination, partial planning, and full-service planning options – so whether you just need help bringing it all together or want someone by your side from “yes” to “I do,” there’s a package for you.

I have a trusted network of local florists, caterers, and makers who share my values (and my obsession with good design). That said, I’m always happy to collaborate with your chosen vendors too.

Of course! Sustainability looks different for everyone. I’ll help you make thoughtful choices that fit your comfort level – no guilt, no pressure, just smart, doable swaps that still feel beautiful.

That quiet moment right before you walk down the aisle… when everything comes together and the world slows down for just a second. It’s magic every time.

"Brie did a phenomenal job from start to finish, making our special day happen."
