How far in advanced Are you Booking?
For full planning packages, I recommend booking 9–12 months in advance. For day-of coordination or park weddings, 6–9 months is often sufficient. Park weddings may require extra lead time for permits.
How much is the deposit, and when is it due?
To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is split into clear, manageable payments leading up to your wedding day. I’ll walk you through the full payment schedule so everything feels transparent and stress-free.
What happens if we need to reschedule our wedding?
Life happens, and I do my best to be flexible. If you need to reschedule, I’ll work with you to find a new date based on my availability. Your initial deposit transfers to the new date, and any rescheduling fees (if applicable) will be outlined clearly in your contract so there are never surprises.
How does the Booking Process work?
It’s simple and smooth. Once you reach out, we’ll schedule a consultation to make sure I’m the right fit for your vision. After that, I’ll send over a proposal and contract. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially locked in and we begin planning your beautiful celebration.

Do you offer support for weekend-long or multi-day celebrations?
Yes! If your vision includes a welcome dinner, rehearsal gathering, farewell brunch, or a full weekend of events on private property, I can help coordinate the flow, logistics, and vendor team so the entire experience feels effortless and connected.
