Elopements + Micro Weddings come with important considerations that differ from traditional venues. From permit requirements to guest limits and location restrictions, thoughtful planning is essential.

What It Includes:
For full planning packages, I recommend booking 9–12 months in advance. For day-of coordination or park weddings, 6–9 months is often sufficient. Park weddings may require extra lead time for permits.
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit (30%) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is split into clear, manageable payments leading up to your wedding day. I’ll walk you through the full payment schedule so everything feels transparent and stress-free.
Life happens, and I do my best to be flexible. If you need to reschedule, I’ll work with you to find a new date based on my availability. Your initial deposit transfers to the new date, and any rescheduling fees (if applicable) will be outlined clearly in your contract so there are never surprises.
It’s simple and smooth. Once you reach out, we’ll schedule a consultation to make sure I’m the right fit for your vision. After that, I’ll send over a proposal and contract. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially locked in and we begin planning your beautiful celebration.
Absolutely! I offer full or partial planning, so you can choose which elements you want us to handle – from vendor selection to timeline management or full design and logistics.
You’re welcome to choose your own vendors, but I also provide a curated list of trusted, local professionals who align with an eco-conscious and high-quality wedding experience. Whether you bring your team or use mine, I’ll help ensure everyone works seamlessly together.
Yes! If your vision includes a welcome dinner, rehearsal gathering, farewell brunch, or a full weekend of events on private property, I can help coordinate the flow, logistics, and vendor team so the entire experience feels effortless and connected.
